- Job Role: Business Development Manager
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Experience: 6+ Years
What you will do
- Own and drive the end-to-end business development strategy — from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders across domestic and international markets
- Lead, mentor, and grow the business development team — set targets, review performance, and build capabilities
- Identify new market segments, geographies, and service lines to expand the company's footprint
- Collaborate with leadership, delivery, and marketing teams to align sales with overall business goals
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to continuously refine the sales strategy
- Report revenue forecasts, pipeline health, and key performance metrics to senior management
What we are looking for
- 6+ years of experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring BD or sales teams
- Deep understanding of IT services — software development, web, mobile, cloud, or digital transformation
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Exposure to global markets such as the US, UK, Europe, or the Middle East
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms
