Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager specializing in IT solutions. The selected candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategies that drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions, conduct market research, and monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will present proposals, negotiate contracts, and work to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Client Engagement: Proven experience in identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts.
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Expertise in developing growth strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends to inform business development plans.
- IT and Solution Selling: Understanding of IT products or services, including the ability to conceptualize and present tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Additional Skills and Qualifications: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
