Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager (IT) with 1-3 years of experience. Based in Gurugram, the role offers a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, generating leads, and driving sales growth. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, the Business Development Manager will focus on developing and maintaining strong professional relationships to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
- Research potential clients and markets to expand the company’s reach
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other sales channels
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM records
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT business development or IT sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Experience with lead generation tools and CRM platforms
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
CTC- Upto 5 lakhs per annum.
