Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT staff augmentation services in C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) models.
Generate qualified leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their staffing and project requirements and providing suitable solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of resources to clients.
Work on bench sales opportunities and maintain a good understanding of bench resources and payroll models in IT staffing.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client feedback to improve business development strategies.
Required Skills Experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation Sales
Knowledge of Bench Resources and Payroll Models
Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo)
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
