Sales & Territory Performance
• Drive B2C sales of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home
interior solutions within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the
territory.
• Monitor sales performance of studios within the territory
and provide guidance to improve conversion and
productivity.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize
market penetration and revenue growth.
• Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline across all
studios.
Studio & Team Management
• Oversee the performance and operations of studios within
the assigned territory.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to
studio teams to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and
quality standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support
capability development of team members.
Business Development & Partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects,
interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand
market presence within the territory.
• Organize networking events, architect meets, and
promotional activities to generate leads and brand visibility.
• Strengthen partnerships to ensure consistent lead
generation and long-term collaboration.
Customer & Project Management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and consistent
delivery of premium brand experience.
• Support teams in handling key customer interactions,
escalations, and complex projects.
• Monitor project execution timelines and coordinate with
design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely
delivery.
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings for critical
projects when required.
Operations & Coordination
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, design,
operations, and installation teams.
• Monitor order closures, revenue realization, and project
completion status.
• Maintain accurate reporting on sales performance, pipeline
status, and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and operational
guidelines.
