Job Title: Business Development Manager – Interior Contracting (Turnkey Execution)
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the interior contracting / fit-out execution space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business across commercial offices, retail, hospitality, and luxury residential segments
- Drive end-to-end sales: lead generation → meetings → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Own revenue targets and maintain strong conversion ratios
2. Relationship Management (Core Focus)
- Build and maintain strong networks with architects, interior designers, PMCs, developers, and corporate clients
- Develop a referral-driven pipeline within the industry ecosystem
- Leverage existing relationships to generate immediate business opportunities
3. Digital + Offline Marketing
- Drive lead generation through LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, and targeted outreach
- Coordinate with external agencies for content, campaigns, and brand positioning
- Represent Archer Interiors at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums
4. Proposal & Commercial Understanding
- Prepare capability decks, proposals, and pitch presentations
- Work with estimation and execution teams for accurate BOQ inputs and costing
- Participate in commercial negotiations and deal closures
5. Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain structured tracking of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures
- Build and manage a strong, visible sales funnel
6. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and upcoming projects
- Identify new segments and growth opportunities
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening Criteria)
- Minimum 5+ years of core business development experience in interior contracting / fit-out execution companies
- Must have personally closed interior projects (not limited to lead generation or coordination roles)
- Strong existing network with architects, interior designers, and corporate decision-makers
- Practical understanding of BOQs, costing, and execution workflows
- Experience in both on-ground BD and digital marketing initiatives
Preferred Profile
- Candidates from reputed interior contracting / fit-out firms, architectural firm, PMC firms.
- Based in Mumbai with active industry connections
- Ability to bring live leads or active relationships
