Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Business Development Manager for INR Loans. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships with education consultants, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to expand the reach of our INR loan offerings. You will drive client acquisition, negotiate terms, and develop tailored solutions to meet borrower needs. Tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with education financing, international loans, and financial products
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with CRM and financial software tools is a plus
