Role Description :
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the foundry industry. You will be responsible for selling advanced industrial equipment—such as furnaces, Atomizers, Granulators, Precision Casting systems and automation systems—by providing technical expertise and tailored solutions to foundry and metal industrial application customers . Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through new client acquisition and the management of strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Research and identify new market opportunities, growth areas, and trends within India and Middle east Industrial Metal foundry sector.
- Lead Generation: Proactively source new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending major industry exhibitions and conferences.
- Technical Consultation: Evaluate prospective clients' technical requirements, including drawings, casting specifications, and tolerances, to recommend bespoke equipment solutions in coordination with the Principal Machine Manufacturing Companies.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing regular reports and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
- Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, developers, and project stakeholders.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial pitching and proposal development to negotiating final pricing and legal terms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and engineering teams to develop promotional materials and ensure seamless equipment delivery and after-sales support.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in business development or technical sales, preferably specifically in foundry machinery or heavy industrial equipment.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of metallurgical processes, quality control standards for metal castings, and current foundry safety regulations.
- Sales Track Record: Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed high-value sales targets and manage complex negotiation cycles.

- Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand technical equipment specifications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication for delivering high-stakes presentations and pitches to Highly technical Prospect customers and Business Partners companies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and implement operational changes to improve market share.
- CRM Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software SALESFORCE for tracking leads and managing the sales funnel.
