Business Development Manager INDIA – Hotels

Role Overview
We are looking for someone to build and scale the Hotels category from scratch.
This is a highly commercial, hands-on role focused on execution.
You will be responsible for sourcing, closing and launching hotel partners quickly, while driving real revenue growth.
-> This role requires a strong closer mindset and the ability to move fast.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and scale the Hotels & Staycations category across key Indian cities
• Identify, contact and close hotels, resorts and hospitality groups
• Negotiate strong, competitive and exclusive deals
• Build relationships with key hotel chains and independent properties
• Onboard partners from signed contract to go-live
• Create attractive offers that convert and sell
• Drive revenue, margins and supply growth
• Track market trends, demand and competitors
• Work closely with marketing and operations to drive sales
• Support the launch of other categories when needed
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with hotels in Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore – MANDATORY ⚠️
• Strong existing network of hotel and hospitality decision-makers – MANDATORY ⚠️
• Previous experience working with major OTAs such as Expedia, Booking.com or similar platforms – MANDATORY ⚠️
• Proven track record in sales, business development or partnerships
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Autonomous and execution-focused
• Deep understanding of the local market
• High energy, ambitious and results-driven
