Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & growth leadership
- Own and drive end-to-end revenue strategy and execution.
- Build and scale enterprise sales pipelines across B2B, B2G, and B2B2C segments.
- Drive ARR growth across India, the US, and emerging markets.
- Develop pricing, monetization, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Strategic partnerships
- Build and manage partnerships with governments, public sector bodies, NGOs, climate organizations, and multilaterals.
- Collaborate with agri-enterprises, food companies, and carbon market stakeholders.
- Support fundraising activities, applications, and strategic pitching initiatives.
- Close high-value and long-cycle business deals.
- Global market expansion
- Identify and expand into new markets, including the US, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
- Build local partnerships and distribution networks in target regions.
- Lead international and cross-border business development initiatives.
- Product & market alignment
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to strengthen product-market fit.
- Translate customer requirements into product features and solutions.
- Define use cases across precision agriculture, carbon credits, sustainability, and climate risk intelligence.
- Team building & leadership
- Hire, mentor, and lead teams across sales, partnerships, and customer success functions.
- Build and maintain a high-performance and growth-oriented work culture.
- Fundraising & investor relations
- Support the CEO in fundraising strategy and investor engagement.
- Contribute to revenue storytelling, forecasting, and business projections.
