ViralChilly is a fast-growing digital marketing and web development agency working with clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Head who can lead the agency’s revenue growth, build scalable sales systems, and manage client acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands both sales and operations within a digital marketing or web development agency environment.
The role goes beyond just closing deals — we are looking for someone who can build predictable revenue pipelines, improve client quality, manage sales teams, and align business growth with delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly revenue targets and drive consistent sales pipeline growth
- Build, optimize, and streamline the agency’s sales processes and CRM systems
- Manage lead generation channels including cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and partnerships
- Lead and manage the sales team, including BDEs and account managers
- Conduct sales reviews, pipeline tracking, and performance monitoring
- Improve proposal quality, conversion rates, and average deal sizes
- Ensure proper alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities
- Monitor client retention, upsell opportunities, and recurring revenue growth
- Share sales reports, forecasts, and market insights with leadership
- Build scalable systems that reduce founder dependency on day-to-day sales operations
