As a Sales & Distribution Manager, you will manage the acquisition and growth of a portfolio of high-value clients, including entrepreneurs, business owners, and UHNIs, by selling Redwood’s digital solutions. You will also build and manage distributor and channel partner networks to expand market reach. This is a senior, relationship-driven, high-travel role where your network, executive presence, and ability to close complex deals will directly impact revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition (Entrepreneurs & UHNIs):
- Originate, pitch, and close engagements with entrepreneurs, founders, family offices, and UHNI clients for Redwood’s digital solutions portfolio.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline through existing networks, referrals, industry events, and curated outreach.
- Conduct consultative discussions to identify client needs, articulate ROI, and structure tailored proposals with delivery teams.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with senior decision-makers.
- Distributor & Channel Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributor networks across assigned territories.
- Drive middle-of-funnel activities to increase distributor engagement, activation, and conversion.
- Implement omni-channel strategies to maximize revenue for clients and distribution partners.
- Provide on-ground sales and marketing support to distributors and ensure performance targets are met.
- Operations & Reporting:
- Travel extensively (minimum 20 days per month) for client meetings, distributor visits, and field operations.
- Use Zoho CRM to manage pipelines, track activities, and generate performance dashboards.
- Report sales performance, account health, distributor performance, and market insights to leadership.
- Contribute to GTM strategy improvements based on field intelligence.
