Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager in the hospitality domain. The role involves negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and achieving revenue and business growth targets. Qualifications
- Solid business acumen with proven experience in Client Relationship Management, Sales, and Business Development within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Competitive Analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet revenue targets, strategize growth initiatives, and optimize business performance.
- Strong Project Management and Organizational Abilities to juggle various initiatives and partnerships successfully.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry's operational frameworks, trends, and technology solutions is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment, with a high sense of accountability and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
