Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, build client relationships, and expand market presence across government, institutional, and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain sales reports and CRM data
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Experience in Infrastructure, Water Solutions,HoReCa or Government Projects preferred
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CRM, Excel, and reporting tools
- Willingness to travel within the region
