Techvault is hiring Business Development Manager – Home Automation & Smart Technologies to drive business growth across residential and commercial projects.
Location: Noida
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in home automation, smart lighting, and energy-efficient solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors
- Prepare and present proposals, BOQs, and presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in home automation or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and business development
- Existing connections with architects is a major plus
- Good understanding of smart technologies and project-based selling
- Bachelor's degree preferred
