We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Holiday Expert Executive (Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will promote and sell customized holiday packages, understand client preferences, and create memorable travel experiences for our customers.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage both inbound and outbound inquiries related to holiday packages
🔹 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic & international travel options
🔹 Design personalized travel itineraries based on client needs and budget
🔹 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
🔹 Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
🔹 Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, hotels) for smooth service delivery
🔹 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
✔️ Any graduate (preferably in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field)
✔️ 0–2 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities
✔️ Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations
✔️ Ability to work in a target-driven environment
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
