What You'll Do
- Build relationships with doctors, hospital promoters, and healthcare entrepreneurs.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with medical equipment, OT, imaging, pharma, healthcare IT, and consulting companies.
- Generate leads for new hospitals, expansions, renovations, cancer centres, and diagnostic facilities.
- Find presentation opprotunities for Studio Athenos at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Build a referral network across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.
- Manage client meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Work closely with the architecture team to convert opportunities into projects.
- Use Studio Athenos' research and thought leadership to build credibility and initiate conversations.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare business development is essential.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Comfortable meeting senior professionals and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn is preferred.
