About the Role
Mind and Brain Hospital is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Healthcare to lead marketing and referral development activities. The candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, and healthcare professionals to enhance patient referrals and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies for the hospital
- Build strong referral networks with doctors, clinics, hospitals, psychologists, therapists, and healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership collaborations
- Promote hospital services, specialty programs, and treatment facilities
- Lead field marketing, outreach activities, awareness campaigns, and branding initiatives
- Coordinate with internal departments for patient referrals and service delivery
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and networking activities with healthcare professionals and corporate clients
- Monitor referral growth, patient inflow, and marketing performance reports
- Manage and guide the marketing/business development team
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors and external stakeholders
- Support hospital events, camps, and community engagement programs
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred
- Any Graduate with relevant healthcare business development experience can apply
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, hospital marketing, business development, or referral marketing
- Experience in hospital industry will be preferred
Skills Required
