Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Govt Sales based in Noida. The role entails identifying and developing business opportunities within government sectors, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, preparing and delivering proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing sales processes, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities. Regular collaboration with internal teams and staying informed on market trends will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Ability to independently manage accounts and closures.
- Experience in GEM Portal and E-Procurement.
- Experience in government sales and familiarity with tendering and procurement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Prior experience in the technology or education solutions industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
