Job Title: Business Development Manager (Germany Market)

Are you a results-driven professional with deep expertise in the German IT and/or SAP market? Webmentix GmbH is expanding, and we are looking for a Business Development Manager based in India to drive our growth in the DACH region.
About the Role:
You will be the bridge between our global delivery capabilities and German enterprises. Your primary focus will be scaling our business through the sale of high-impact SAP/Technology contract staffing solutions and enterprise software licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the German enterprise market.
- Promote Webmentix’s core service offerings, including specialized SAP contract staffing and software licensing.
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with C-suite executives, CIOs, and IT leadership across Germany.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with our India-based delivery teams to ensure our solutions align with the specific technical and cultural requirements of German clients.
What We Are Looking For:
- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both German (B1/B2 level preferred) and English is mandatory.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within IT staffing or software licensing, with proven exposure to the DACH region.
- Market Insight: A solid understanding of the German IT landscape, SAP ecosystem, and contractor hiring dynamics.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in conducting high-level professional business discussions in German.
- Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
