About the Role
Webmentix GmbH is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand business operations in the German IT and software services market. The role focuses on driving growth in the DACH region through:
Technology contract staffing solutions
Managed digital services
Enterprise software licensing
The candidate will act as a bridge between Webmentix’s global delivery capabilities and German enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert new business opportunities within the German enterprise market.
Promote Webmentix’s service offerings including:
Specialized technology contract staffing
Software development services
Enterprise software licensing
Build and maintain relationships with:
C-suite executives
CIOs
CTOs
IT leadership teams across Germany
Manage the complete sales lifecycle:
Lead generation
Discovery
Contract negotiation
Deal closure
Collaborate with India-based delivery teams to align solutions with German clients’ technical and cultural requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Language Proficiency
Professional fluency in:
German (preferred B1/B2 level)
English
Experience :
Minimum 5+ years in:
B2B sales
IT staffing
Software services
Exposure to the DACH region is required.
Market Knowledge
Understanding of:
German IT ecosystem
Contractor hiring
Managed service engagement models
Communication Skills
Ability to conduct high-level business discussions in German.
Mindset
Strong “hunter” sales mentality.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
