KEDMAN SkillEd India Foundation is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Fundraising Manager to drive corporate partnerships and CSR fundraising initiatives. If you have a strong network in the CSR ecosystem and a passion for creating social impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CSR fundraising and partnership strategies.
- Identify and engage CSR donors, corporate partners, foundations and government agencies.
- Build and manage a strong fundraising pipeline to achieve CSR funding targets.
- Generate leads through research, networking, industry events and referrals.
- Prepare proposals, concept notes, presentations and budgets for prospective partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors, ensuring effective communication, reporting and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement impactful CSR projects.
- Track fundraising activities, partnerships and pipeline progress through CRM.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in CSR fundraising, business development or corporate partnerships.
- Strong corporate network and understanding of the CSR landscape.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and passionate about social impact.
