Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and building long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities include contacting potential clients, managing leads, presenting Educase solutions, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to achieve sales goals and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in business development strategies, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to understand customer needs and promote technical solutions such as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.
- Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
- High level of motivation and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of the education sector, including schools and preschools, is an advantage.
