Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for expanding business networks and building strong partnerships? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Franchise Sales to join our growing team and play a key role in driving franchise expansion and revenue growth.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new franchise partners, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets. You’ll work closely within a centralized vertical structure to unlock cross-selling opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new franchise and business opportunities
- Generate leads and onboard franchise partners across target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees and clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence
- Conduct market research on potential locations, competitors, and demand trends
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and franchise discussions
- Negotiate franchise agreements and successfully close deals
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and activities in CRM systems
- Share regular reports on performance, forecasts, and market insights
