🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business development strategies
• Acquire new clients for Recruitment & HR Services
• Build strong client relationships and develop new accounts
• Identify business opportunities and decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals
• Persuade clients to sign exclusive and retainer-based contracts
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
• 3+ Years of Business Development experience in Recruitment / HR Services
• Strong client acquisition and networking skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
