Convertex India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead market expansion, strengthen distribution networks, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, excellent commercial acumen, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key markets and channels
- Expand and manage distributor, dealer, and retail networks
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned targets
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes, promotions, and branding initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews for management
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (mandatory) Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development
- Proven experience in handling distribution networks and channel sales
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Confident, assertive, and professionally presentable personality
