We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who specializes in Fiverr and Upwork platforms and has a proven track record of building profiles from scratch, generating leads, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in gig optimization, proposal strategies, and client acquisition through freelancing platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and scale company profiles on Fiverr and Upwork from scratch
- Create, optimize, and manage high-converting gigs/services listings
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to rank gigs organically
- Develop and implement strategies to generate consistent inbound leads
- Handle end-to-end client communication (proposal → negotiation → closure)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of experience in business development via Fiverr & Upwork
- Proven success in building profiles from zero to revenue-generating assets
- Strong knowledge of Fiverr gig ranking algorithm and Upwork bidding system
- Expertise in lead generation, proposal writing, and sales conversion
- Understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, Web/App Development services
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in handling international clients (US, UK, Australia markets)
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Basic understanding of project management workflows
