Work Location:-Hyderabad

Experience: -5-7 years of Business Development experience

Compensation: -7LPA -8.5LPA


Education /Qualification

Bachelors degree (Required) Engineering/Technical exposure will be an asset/ MBA (Preferable)

Industry:- Facility Management Services/Security


Key Responsibilities Areas:

  1. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  4. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  5. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  6. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  7. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  8. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  9. Collaborate with sales operations, supply chain, contracts & finance to develop detailed commercial proposals using the costing tools and templates provided.
  10. Capture & act on customer feedback through surveys/assessments/audits in conjunction with operations.
  11. Implement technology partnerships in conjunction with operations and technology teams to commercialize new opportunities in the assigned key accounts.
  12. Identify & drive X-sell and up-sell opportunities with assigned customers.
  13. Acquire business intelligence on market, players, operations, & services to support marketing, sales; technology, & operations.
  14. Act as emergency / escalation contact window for key new customers.
  15. Drive and uphold the company Health & Safety policy.
