Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Exhibition & Events, based in Greater Noida West (NXOne IT Park). The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and building strong client relationships. They will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, prepare sales presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing regular reports to leadership, and staying updated on market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities into successful closures.
- Executive is suppose to promote and sell services for branding, packaging design, social media, 3d animation services , exhibition design services.
- Candidate from sales background from advertising domain will be preferred.
- Visiting Exhibition and events to prospect new clients , arranging meeting, closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in business development strategies, market research, and identifying customer needs.
- Ability to prepare effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Knowledge of the branding, product design, Advertising and creative services industry is an added advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
