Are you a US IT Staffing hunter with an active, thriving book of business?
We aren't looking for someone to train. We are looking for a plug-and-play revenue engine.
If you are a self-driven, go-getter BDM/BDE who already has direct relationships with VMS clients,
MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors, and you can literally pick up the phone on Day 1 to bring in requirements –
we want you.
We need a master of lead generation, an email campaign strategist, and a relentless closer who thrives
in the US staffing ecosystem.
What You’ll Do (From Day 1):
- Leverage Your Network: Bring your existing, hands-on clients, VMS and MSP accounts to the table and start generating requirements immediately.
- Hunt & Close: Drive end-to-end business development, targeting US-based clients for IT staffing (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time).
- Scale Email Marketing: Design, execute, and optimize high-converting cold email marketing campaigns to generate warm leads.
- Own the Revenue: Take complete ownership of the sales cycle – from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiating MSAs and securing job orders.
What We Are Looking For:
- The Rolodex: You must have an active, transferable list of clients and MSP accounts (specific experience working with/getting into VMS or similar scale MSPs is a massive plus).
- Zero Training Required: You know the US IT staffing landscape inside out. You don’t need a playbook; you bring the playbook.
- Lead Gen Mastery: You are an expert in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo) and setting up automated email sequences that actually get replies.
- The Attitude: A fierce & go-getter mindset. You don’t wait for leads to drop in your lap; you create them.
- Communication: Flawless, culturally fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively pitch to C-level executives in the US.
