Role Description
The Business Development Manager (Events & MICE) will oversee all aspects of business development, focusing on identifying new clients, cultivating relationships, and generating revenue growth for the company. Responsibilities include developing strategic business plans, pitching event ideas to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Collaboration with internal teams to conceptualize and execute impactful event solutions will also be a key aspect of the role. This is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy
- Experience in planning and executing events, conferences, and MICE solutions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Knowledge of the events industry and current MICE trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools and office software
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
