Roles & Responsibilities:
- Pitch and present company services to potential clients across PAN India and international markets
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into revenue
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) for client accounts, ensuring profitability and financial targets are met
- Leverage and expand industry network to drive partnerships and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, and production) for seamless project delivery
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales within communication, branding, design, or experiential marketing
- Proven track record in revenue generation and account management, including P&L ownership
- Strong industry network with the ability to open new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects in a fast-paced environment
