Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in events and exhibitions, based in Ghaziabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing end-to-end client acquisition processes. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project execution. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to align business opportunities with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and strategic planning
- Knowledge and experience in event management, exhibition booth design, and marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective business strategies
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with MICE, ATL/BTL campaigns, and merchandising is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and travel as needed for client meetings or events
