Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Ghaziabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves researching potential clients, creating proposals, making presentations, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with internal teams and understanding the marketing needs of customers are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Development, client relationship building, and lead generation
- Skills in Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Negotiation
- Experience in Marketing, Event Planning, Exhibition Booth Design, and MICE solutions
- Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of marketing services and event management industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with international markets such as Dubai, Germany, and Europe is advantageous
