Stockwell Solar Services Pvt. Ltd. (SSSPL), founded in 2017 by IIT alumni, is a pioneering provider of clean energy solutions through OPEX/RESCO and CAPEX models. Managing over 200 MW of IPP Solar operational assets and developing an additional pipeline of 1000+ MW BESS/Solar Projects.

Role Description

The Business Development Manager - EPC/RESCO (Solar/BESS) will lead business development efforts to expand the company's footprint in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, and driving the development of EPC and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). The role involves close collaboration with the engineering and project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements. This is a full-time role with base location in Jaipur, demanding strategic thinking, negotiation expertise, and a deep understanding of the solar and energy storage (BESS) market.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in solar / renewable energy business development space.
• Proficiency in business development, client acquisition, and managing large-scale solar/EPC/RESCO project pipelines.
• Strong understanding of solar energy solutions, OPEX/RESCO models, CAPEX projects, and energy storage systems (BESS).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with corporate stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
