Job Title: Business Development Manager Enterprise Sales
(RFID Barcode AIDC Software Solutions Enterprise IT Solutions)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager Enterprise Sales to drive business growth by selling RFID, Barcode, AIDC, Software Solutions, and Enterprise IT Products. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B enterprise sales, software solution selling, consultative selling, and managing large customer accounts across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, retail, healthcare, and other enterprise segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for RFID, Barcode, AIDC, Software Solutions, Mobility Solutions, Printers, Scanners, and Enterprise IT Products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, digital platforms, exhibitions, industry events, and self-hunting activities.
- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, Operations Heads, Supply Chain Managers, Plant Heads, and key decision-makers to understand business challenges and propose suitable solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities from lead generation, requirement gathering, solution presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, software presentations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and customer meetings.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Technical, Software Development, Support, and Operations teams for solution design and successful project execution.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and enterprise-level business presentations.
- Manage key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Forecast sales opportunities, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth areas.
- Maintain CRM updates and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.
Required Skills Experience
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, Software Sales, IT Solution Sales, RFID, Barcode, AIDC, ERP, SaaS, Automation, or related technology solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in software solution selling, enterprise application sales, SaaS sales, or business process automation solutions.
- Experience in selling RFID, Barcode, Printers, Scanners, Mobility Devices, AIDC Solutions, Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS), Asset Tracking Solutions, or Supply Chain Solutions will be a strong advantage.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-selling skills.
- Ability to understand customer business processes and propose appropriate technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling enterprise customers and large-value sales opportunities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented professional.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Enterprise Software, RFID, AIDC, Automation, Mobility, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or IT Infrastructure Solutions.
- Strong network of enterprise customers and decision-makers.
- Experience in handling solution-based sales cycles and complex B2B deals.
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams for solution development and implementation.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing / Sales) will be preferred.
- Technical qualification in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field will be an added advantage.
