BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Enterprise Sales
Location- Bengaluru,Mumbai,Gurgaon
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Enterprise Sales professional to drive business growth in the Mumbai, Bengaluru and Gurgaon region. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, managing strategic accounts, and driving revenue growth for Omni Channel Communication Solutions including WhatsApp API, SMS, RCS, Email.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive enterprise sales and business development activities in the Mumbai market
● Identify, acquire, and manage new enterprise and mid-market customers
● Generate revenue through direct sales of:
○ Cloud Telephony Solutions
○ WhatsApp Business API
○ SMS & RCS Solutions
● Conduct client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations
● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
● Work closely with presales, product, and delivery teams for solution alignment
● Prepare commercials, proposals, and negotiate contracts
● Develop strategic relationships with CXOs, procurement teams, and decision-makers
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
● Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting
● Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
● Ensure smooth customer onboarding and account management
Desired Candidate Profile
● 4–6years of experience in SaaS / CPaaS / Telecom / Cloud Communication sales
● Strong experience in enterprise B2B sales
● Good understanding of WhatsApp API , SMS, RCS, or related technologies
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Strong network in Mumbai enterprise market preferred
● Ability to work independently and drive closures
● Experience handling enterprise accounts across Retail, BFSI, E-commerce, Healthcare, Logistics, etc.
