- Business Development Manager - ELV – Bangalore
Location: Bangalore (with frequent travel to other cities/regions) | Industry: Electronic Security System Integration_
*Key Responsibilities*
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and other channels
- Research and prospect new business opportunities within assigned market segments
- Set appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
- Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns targeting decision-makers
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; conduct needs assessments for lead handover
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and execute strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Conduct market analysis and segmentation to identify niche growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM and provide regular KPI reports
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Electronic Security Industry
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
