Role Description
As a Business Development Manager for Edutech sales at Offenso Hackers Academy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth in the education technology sector. This full-time on-site role, based in Kochi, involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the academy’s reach to students, professionals, and organizations. You will work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with Offenso’s mission, conduct market research, and represent Offenso at industry events and meetings to promote our recognized cybersecurity training programs.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Account Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of the education technology industry and cybersecurity training market
- Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Experience in conducting presentations, webinars, or workshops is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
