Roles and responsibilities:
-Take charge of converting leads into customers by effectively promoting our photography services and products.
-Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue generation of the company -Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
-Regularly evaluate the performance of team members, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback.
-Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
-Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the floor, optimizing resources and maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
-Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
-Experience in providing performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring team members.
