Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, developing sales strategies, and meeting revenue goals. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams to create proposals, analyzing market trends, and providing insights to drive growth.

Package - upto 7.2 LPA
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in Business Development, Strategy Development, and identifying new market opportunities
- minimum 3 years experience in Edtech sales
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Sales Planning, CRM management, and Data Analysis skills
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
- Proficiency in Office Tools, Presentation Software, and Market Analysis Platforms
- Knowledge or experience in the education technology or training industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and team-oriented environment
