Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at Catalyst, Kottakkal. The candidate will be responsible for handling admissions, managing counsellors, generating business opportunities, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage academic counsellors and sales activities
- Generate admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Develop business strategies for lead generation and conversions
- Build relationships with students, parents, schools, and partners
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance/training
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities
- Ensure proper follow-up and lead management
- Maintain daily reports and sales tracking
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales/business development
- EdTech or education industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle targets and team coordination
- Basic knowledge of CRM and reporting
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentives
(Salary based on experience and performance)
