Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing/IT) to join our on-site team in Noida. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying and developing relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for lead generation, planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing client portfolios, and identifying market opportunities. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with client objectives, analyzing market trends, and maintaining long-term client relationships to drive continued success.
Qualifications
- Experience in the digital marketing/IT industry along with international exposure is mandatory for this role.
- Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing campaign planning
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation, client lifecycle and client acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in Web Analytics to track, measure, and optimize marketing efforts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and collaboration, along with team management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis, and sales techniques
