Role Description: Business Development Executive/ Manager(International Projects)

Role Purpose
The Business Development Manager (BDM) – International Projects is responsible for generating new international business, managing leads, and supporting revenue growth for APSR Infotech’s digital marketing and website development services. This role focuses on lead generation, client communication, proposal coordination, and deal support while maintaining high standards of professionalism required for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Lead Generation
● Identify and generate revenue through international leads for
website development, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and
digital solutions
● Prospect clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, Fiverr,
Clutch, cold outreach, and referrals
● Research international markets, industries, and potential clients
2. Client Communication & Coordination
● Initiate communication with international prospects via email,
LinkedIn, and calls
● Schedule discovery calls and meetings across different time zones
● Understand client requirements and communicate them internally
● Maintain professional, clear, and timely communication with
prospects
3. Proposal & Sales Support
● Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and service
documents
● Share company profiles, portfolios, and case studies with prospects
● Coordinate with technical and project teams to define scope and
timelines
● Follow up with prospects regularly to move deals forward
4. CRM & Reporting
● Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal stages in
CRM
● Track daily outreach, responses, and conversions
● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
5. Target & Performance Management
● Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets
● Support revenue goals through consistent follow-ups and pipeline
management
● Focus on long-term client relationship building and repeat business
Skills & Competencies Required
● Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
● Strong understanding of digital marketing and website development
services
● Experience handling international clients or global sales processes
● Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills
● Ability to work in different time zones and flexible shifts
● Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
● Manage and lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs)
