Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the Delhi/NCR market. This role focuses on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and accelerating revenue growth within enterprise and corporate segments.
You will play a key role in expanding our regional footprint and contributing to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, inbound leads, and social selling
- Engage enterprise and corporate clients through meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve targets
- Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams for effective client engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends, cybersecurity developments, and solution offerings
- Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with prospects
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or technology solutions)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term enterprise relationships
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
- Strong pipeline and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
