Role Description

We are a social impact organisation dedicated to skill development and vocational training for underprivileged youth and women. We are expanding our CSR funding base and looking for a confident, articulate, and target-driven professional to help us grow.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and networking skills to foster and maintain corporate partnerships
• Experience in creating impactful CSR projects and drafting detailed project proposals
• Knowledge of CSR laws, compliance regulations, and relevant industry frameworks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with skill development programs and partnerships, including those with government and private stakeholders
• Candidate based in Kolkata / Greater Kolkata Area
• Passion for social impact and skill development
• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Business, Social Work, Marketing or related field

Salary: Rs. 3.6 LPA CTC .

Immidiate Joiner will be preferred.
