About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive sales and occupancy for a premium luxury coworking brand. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building strong relationships within the corporate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and revenue generation through workspace leasing and space selling
- Identify and acquire new clients including startups, SMEs, and corporates
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and channel partners
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate qualified leads and campaigns
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure high occupancy levels and maximize revenue per seat/space
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline and client interactions
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in coworking spaces, international property consulting firms, or business centres (mandatory)
- Strong background in B2B sales, leasing, or space selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong network within corporate/startup ecosystem is a plus
- Passion for luxury/premium real estate or workspace solutions
