π About Offistrip
Offistrip is building a travel infrastructure for corporates, helping companies manage team offsites, group travel, and corporate trips end-to-end β without chaos.
We work closely with HR, Admin, and Founders to plan and execute seamless offsites across India and international destinations.
π― Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Business Development Manager who can manage the complete sales cycle β from lead generation to deal closure.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys converting conversations into revenue and takes full ownership of outcomes.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound channels ( cold calls, email outreach, referrals)
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries for corporate offsites
- Conduct client meetings (virtual + in-person) with HR/Admin/Founders
- Understand requirements (team size, budget, destination, expectations)
- Present curated offsite proposals aligned with client needs
- Drive negotiations, handle objections, and close deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and structured follow-ups
- Coordinate internally for smooth handover post-closure
π― What Weβre Looking For
- 2β6 years of experience in:
- Corporate travel / MICE / Events / Hospitality
- Proven experience in closing B2B deals (βΉ2L+ deal size preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales independently
- High ownership, result-oriented, and proactive mindset

- You are only comfortable with lead generation but not closing
- You avoid negotiation or decision-making conversations
- You prefer highly structured environments with constant supervision
π° Compensation
Fixed: βΉ25KββΉ40K
Incentives- Based on revenue achievements .
π― Performance Expectations
- This is a performance-driven role with responsibility for both lead generation and revenue closure
- Initial 30 days will focus on pipeline building, client interactions, and understanding the sales process
- Post ramp-up, performance will be evaluated based on:
- Leads generated
- Meetings conducted
- Pipeline created
- Deals closed
- Consistent underperformance may lead to role review
