Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager - Contract Logistics, based in Ahemdabad and vadodra.The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through customized contract logistics solutions. The role involves interaction with clients to understand their supply chain needs, preparation of proposals, negotiation of contracts, and ensuring proper onboarding of new clients. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute strategic initiatives, analyze market trends, and achieve business development objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong business and operational skills, including strategic planning, revenue generation, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in contract development, negotiation, and supply chain management
- Market research and competitive analysis expertise
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic business environments
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis platforms
