Roles & Responsibilities:
- Transactions & Leasing:
- Identify, build, and cultivate relationships with local, regional,
national, and international landlords and tenants.
- Identify, build, and cultivate relationships with local, regional,
national, and international landlords and tenants.
- Maintain regular contact with Tenant Representatives to identify
new opportunities, understand leasing requirements, and monitor
upcoming concepts for lease-up potential.
- Maintain regular contact with Landlords and their Representatives
to track leasing activities, trends, and available opportunities.
- Act as landlord/seller agent and negotiate business terms and
conditions for commercial office space.
- Business Development & Sales
- Generate profitable new revenue and achieve agreed sales targets.
- Build and expand new markets across segments; generate back-to-
back deals and demand-led opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and pipelines.
- Interact with landlords, builders, brokers, and investors to create
deal opportunities.
- Develop and maintain top-level relationships with designated
accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.
- Align goals for the team and ensure sustained revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration
- Strong 3-7 years of B2B, B2C sales experience.
